Located in the heart of Manhattan, the stone & brick exterior is supported by a structural concrete system which, in turn, is supported by a pile foundation system. DACK acted as the Owner’s Representative for this project

Su Casa Cottages at the Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort
Dorado, Puerto Rico
The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort is an exclusive destination resort extending over 1,000 acres of lush countryside. Located on Rockefeller Point in Puerto Rico, the cottages are a group of three, low-rise, buildings, designed in a familiar Spanish style. Visitors have access to a wide variety of resort amenities as well as beautiful, pristine, beaches. DACK provided cost estimates for this project.

A part of the Thompson Hotels Family, this luxury hotel with 126 rooms, rises 18-stories near Manhattan’s famed Financial District. The brick exterior of the building is supported by a structural concrete system which, in turn, is supported by a mat & pile foundation system. DACK provided cost estimating services for the project from the early schematic design phase through construction documents.

This $100 million dollar mixed-use project consists of 500 apartments split between 2 residential towers that are linked by a 5,700 SF amenity building & rest on top of a 2 story parking garage. Located near a train station, as well as a busy street intersection, the foundation work required particular care. A system of structural piles, spread footings, & extensive sheeting was used for the project. DACK provided cost estimates for early, conceptual, designs.

A 90,000 SF apartment building to house the homeless transitioning back into society. The 6 story building has 191 units. This million project is LEED Certified.
DACK provided estimating, scheduling, MWBE compliance and outreach, LEED compliance and bid management services.
