This $2 billion dollar, mixed use project, designed by world famous Foster + Partners, is currently scheduled to open in 2012. Anchored by 2 spectacular high-rise towers, these buildings, when completed, will be among the tallest in Central Europe.

Amenities planned for the project include retail space, commercial office space, apartments, hotel rooms, an auditorium, and even a discotheque. Below the development footprint, eight levels of parking will be placed to service both residents and visitors. Still in the early stages of design development, DACK, through Turner International, is providing cost estimates of the project, as well as ancillary scheduling and management services.
